Recruitment Process

We advertise on all available positions online on various Recruitment Platforms like Careers24, PNet, Indeed, Jobvine, Alpha Recruitment website, Facebook, LinkedIn, or on our very own database to get the best qualified and experienced candidates;
• CVs can be submitted by applying to these positions online or via e-mail;
• Alpha Recruitment will get in contact with you to set up an interview, should your CV meet the requirements;
• First round interviews will be conducted at our offices in Paarl or via Zoom;
• Alpha will shortlist candidates and send interviewed shortlisted candidates CV’s to the client;
• Clients will decide who they would like to interview and the references to be checked either before the interview process or thereafter;
• Candidates may have to attend more than one interview with our client;
• Candidates will have to give consent to have criminal and credit checks done;
• An offer or letter of appointment will be sent to the successful candidate;
• All candidates who are not successful will be kept on our database for future positions;
• Alpha will assist during the 3 month’s guarantee period with any mediation that might be needed between the newly appointed and the employer
